Our exams are provided in a medical office setting using the FAA MedXPress online application system.

The FAA MedXPress system allows individuals who require an FAA Medical Certificate or Student Pilot Medical Certificate to electronically complete the FAA Form 8500-8. Information entered into MedXPress is transmitted to the FAA and made available for us to review at your medical examination.

NOTE: A medical examination by an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) is required to complete the certification process. The FAA MedXPress system is not available for submission of FAA Air Traffic Control Specialist exams at this time.

Go to https://medxpress.faa.gov to start your application process, then print out the summary page and bring this page, as well as your conformation number with you to the appointment for your exam. Please also bring any updated doctors reports, medications that you are taking or any correspondence you have had with the FAA.
